On April 25, Véronique Cloutier, Louis Morissette and Véro & Louis Foundation's godmother, Guylaine Guay received a historic donation of $7 MILLION from Mr. Lussier, a grandfather who was closely affected by autism and who won a $70 MILLION Lotto Max jackpot last June.
Thanks to this generous donation, a Véro & Louis Home will soon be built in the Laurentians. Very touched by this gesture, the Véro & Louis Foundation warmly thanks the Lussier family, without whom this project for autistic adults aged 21 and over could not be realized. The Foundation also thanks the CISSS des Laurentides, which is working very hard to help realize this project.
The mission of the Véro & Louis Foundation is to create permanent and adapted living environments for autistic people aged 21 and over, with or without an intellectual disability. It is a different type of housing with an educational, safe, warm and stimulating environment where adapted and individualized programming is offered daily to allow residents to develop their potential and autonomy throughout their lives.
If you have any questions about the Maison Véro & Louis project in the Laurentians, you will find the answers in the FAQ or you can write to us at info@fondationverolouis.com
